1. NATURE OF PLATFORM SERVICES
1.1 The Platform is a technology-driven online marketplace and aggregator that enables Customers to connect with independent, verified, and trained appliance repair technicians ("Technicians" or "Engineers") for doorstep diagnostics, servicing, installation, maintenance, and repair of household appliances and electronic products, including but not limited to televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, mobile phones, and air conditioners.
1.2 The Company acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator between Customers and Technicians and does not itself provide repair, servicing, maintenance installation or technical services, except where expressly stated otherwise. All services are rendered directly by the Technicians engaged through the Platform.
1.3 All Technicians operating through the Platform are independent third-party service providers. They are not, and shall not be construed to be, employees, agents, partners, representatives, or contractors of the Company in any capacity whatsoever.
1.4 The Company does not exercise direct control over the manner, method, timing, tools, or execution of services performed by Technicians, and shall not be held responsible for the quality, outcome, or conduct of services rendered by them.
1.5 The role of the Company is strictly limited to onboarding and verification of Technicians, enabling service bookings through the Platform, facilitating payment collection, providing customer support coordination, offering dispute resolution assistance, conducting quality monitoring, and administering warranties where specifically offered by the Company.
1.6 Nothing contained in these Terms or any service arrangement facilitated through the Platform shall be construed to create any employer-employee relationship, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or any other similar relationship between the Company and any Technician. Each Technician operates independently and assumes full responsibility for the services rendered by them.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and other applicable laws. Any access or use of the Platform by persons who do not meet these eligibility criteria is strictly prohibited.
2.2 By accessing or using the Platform, you expressly represent and warrant that all information furnished by you at the time of registration or thereafter is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any manner; that you are duly authorized to request, schedule, and avail services at the designated service location; and that your access to and use of the Platform is in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory provisions.
2.3 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate the account of any Customer found to have provided false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information, or who is otherwise determined to be ineligible to use the Platform. Such action shall be without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Company under these Terms or applicable law.
3. USER ACCOUNT
3.1 Access to certain features and services on the Platform may require the Customer to create a user account by registering with a valid mobile number, email address, or such other credentials as may be prescribed by the Company from time to time. The Customer agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep such information updated at all times.
3.2 The Customer shall be solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account login credentials, including passwords and OTPs, and shall not disclose the same to any third party under any circumstances. The Customer shall further be responsible for all activities, transactions, and conduct carried out through their account, whether or not authorized by them, and for ensuring that their contact details and account information remain accurate and up to date at all times. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Customer's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
3.3 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a Customer's account upon detection or reasonable suspicion of any of the following: fraudulent or deceptive activity; abusive, offensive, or threatening conduct towards Technicians or Company representatives; repeated or unjustified cancellation of bookings; default in payment obligations; misuse or unauthorized use of the Platform or its features; or any violation of these Terms or any supplementary policy of the Company.

4.2 All booking requests placed through the Platform are subject to Technician availability, geographic serviceability, and acceptance by the assigned Technician. The Company does not guarantee the immediate or unconditional availability of Technicians for any particular service, location, or time slot requested by the Customer.
4.3 The submission of a booking request by a Customer shall not, by itself, constitute a confirmed or guaranteed acceptance of service. A booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon express acknowledgment or confirmation communicated to the Customer through the Platform or such other means as the Company may designate.
4.4 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason, to reject, cancel, or reschedule any booking request, including confirmed bookings, at any time. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage suffered by the Customer as a result of such rejection, cancellation, or rescheduling.
4.5 Any estimated arrival times or service schedules communicated to the Customer at the time of booking are indicative only and shall not be construed as a guarantee of punctual service delivery. Actual arrival times may vary on account of traffic conditions, adverse weather, Technician workload, technical issues, or any other unforeseen or force majeure circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
5. INSPECTION AND ESTIMATE
5.1 An initial inspection or diagnostic fee may be applicable at the time of the Technician's visit, irrespective of whether the Customer proceeds with the repair or service thereafter. Such charges, where applicable, shall be communicated to the Customer at or prior to the time of booking.
5.2 Upon completion of the initial inspection or diagnosis, the Technician shall, to the extent reasonably practicable, provide the Customer with a service estimate comprising one or more of the following, as applicable: the estimated cost of repair, servicing, maintenance and installation, the cost of spare parts or consumables required, applicable labour charges, and the expected timeline for completion of the service. Such estimates are indicative in nature and may be subject to revision upon further assessment.

5.4 The Customer acknowledges and accepts that certain defects, faults, or technical issues may not be apparent at the time of initial inspection and may only become evident upon opening, disassembling, or testing the appliance. In such cases, the Technician may issue a revised estimate reflecting the updated scope of work, and the Customer's continued approval shall be sought before proceeding further. The Company and the Technician shall not be held liable for any such revisions arising from the inherent complexity or condition of the appliance.
6. SPARE PARTS AND WARRANTIES
6.1 Spare parts utilised during the course of repair, servicing, maintenance and installation or servicing may, depending upon availability and prior Customer approval, include original manufacturer parts, OEM-compatible parts, refurbished parts, or third-party compatible parts. The Technician shall, to the extent practicable, inform the Customer of the nature and source of the parts to be used prior to their installation, and Customer approval shall be obtained accordingly.
6.2 Any warranty extended in connection with a service shall be limited strictly to the specific component repaired or the spare part replaced during the course of that service, and shall not extend to the appliance as a whole or to any other component thereof. The terms, duration, and scope of such warranty shall be as communicated to the Customer at the time of service completion.
6.3 The warranty, where applicable, shall not cover any damage, defect, or failure arising from or attributable to physical damage or impact, water ingress or moisture damage, voltage fluctuations or electrical surges, mishandling or improper use of the appliance, pest infestation or environmental factors, unauthorized repairs or tampering carried out by any person other than a Company-authorised Technician, accidental damage, misuse or negligent operation by the Customer, or software-related issues, unless expressly stated to be covered under the applicable warranty terms.

Customers are advised to verify the status of their manufacturer's warranty independently prior to availing services through the Platform.
6.5 Any warranty claim arising in connection with a service rendered through the Platform must be raised by the Customer through the Platform itself within the applicable warranty period. Claims raised after the expiry of the warranty period, or through channels other than the Platform, shall not be entertained by the Company.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1 The Customer shall provide accurate and complete details regarding the appliance and the nature of the issue while placing the service request. The Customer shall ensure safe, unhindered, and lawful access to the service premises and shall provide necessary electricity, water supply, internet connectivity, or other utilities required for diagnosis or repair services.
